Craft Collective is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained within the site. While the information contained within the site is periodically updated, no guarantee is given that the information provided in this Web site is correct, complete, and up-to-date.

Although the Craft Collective website may include links providing direct access to other Internet resources, including webites, Craft Collective is not responsible for the accuracy or content of information contained in these sites.

Links from Craft Collective to third-party sites do not constitute an endorsement by Craft Collective of the parties or their products and services. The appearance on the website of advertisements and product or service information does not constitute an endorsement by Craft Collective, and Craft Collective has not investigated the claims made by any advertiser. Product information is based solely on material received from suppliers.

PRIVACY

Any and all of the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! In order to service our customers, we must store two types of information: direct and indirect.

Direct information includes data provided to us by customers through our ordering system. This includes name, address, phone, and product information. We consider this information to be the property of our customers, and will not share, sell, or disclose it to any outside body for any reason.

Indirect information includes information that can be obtained through a customer browsing our site. Of this, we record the IP address and browser type. IP addresses are kept for security reasons, and browser types to better server our customers This data will be treated with the same regard as direct information and will be kept completely confidential as well. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

REFUNDS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable products, including but not limited to: PDFs, online courses, online tutorials.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@craftcollective.co.nz and send your item to: Craft Collective, 22c Portside Drive, Mt Maunganui, 3116.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us before sending your item so we can be prepared to receive it.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

IMPORTANT: Please contact us before sending your item so we can be prepared to receive it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to hello@craftcollective.co.nz . If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods.

DELIVERIES

Craft Collective delivers to most major areas of New Zealand by courier. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability for any delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the provided delivery address.

You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery. Deliveries will not be left if no-one home, unless otherwise stated. If you are comfortable for the goods to be left if no-one is home, please state this on your order in the comments section and advise a safe & secure place for the order to be placed. If redelivery is attempted you maybe charged a second delivery fee.

We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us directly if you’d like to make alternative delivery arrangements. We can not deliver to Post Office boxes , however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pick up point, please provide the physical address not the PO box.

All items purchased from Craft Collective are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow five (5) business days for shipment, or up to seven (7) for rural deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

ORDERING AND PRICING

The products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once we have received your payment in full. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.

The prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. We do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.
